About Tom

Tom brings over 40 years of experience in human resources/ industrial relations and executive leadership across various industries and geographies, especially in heavy industry/ highly unionised environments such as mining, power generation/ renewables, and oil and gas.  Since starting Peoplemix Consulting in 2014, Tom has helped a diverse range of clients – private and public, small and large.
