At Yancoal Australia and CleanCo Queensland, Tom led or co-led the development of the HR function during its early stages, to lay the foundation for employee relations and organisational structure. This pivotal role in the startup phase for both Yancoal and CleanCo provided deep insights into workforce management in high-risk, high-capital industries such as mining and power generation.
